I may be biased b/c of my focus on learning but when I look at the excellent descriptions, models and visuals of SBD I can&#039;t help think that the secrets to success are rooted in KM, Org Lrng, systems thinking, SNA, VNA, etc. - that was the message in this post from a few days ago:
