Yes, I&#039;m very familiar with Rob&#039;s work. Just finished his most recent book and read the earlier one also. He offers very useful insights into these issues. In fact, I&#039;ll be post an entry over the next few days that focusing explicity on his work and others in social network analysis for organizations (ONA).
